This is a Kingsize Bed with TV, you will get the entrance code once you book, no smoking is allowed inside the house.
This is a newly renovated apartment on 2nd Floor of the building giving you opportunity to have a good view of the neighborhood.
Guest are able to access the Kitchen Area, the Fridge , Wi-Fi,Sitting Room and Dining area .They are able to access the backyard for Barbecue and Sun tanning during Summer Time.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
– No other guests allowed other than what is shown on your reservation. If you have someone with you please make sure to include the correct amount of guests before making the reservation
– If you are a COUPLE, make sure to BOOK FOR 2 guests.
– If you check in with any other guests not on the reservation you’ll be CHARGED A VIOLATION FEE OF $30 PER GUEST PER NIGHT.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR SMOKING / VAPING
– No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the apartment or the building.
– YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 VIOLATION FEE
– If you invite friends to come over and/or have any kind of loud noise or music with any guest other than what’s on your reservation, YOU’ll BE CHARGED A $500 VIOLATION FEE.
PARKING
– There’s FREE PARKING available on the street.
– NO parking on the DRIVEWAY – don’t block the exit
USE OF COMMON AREAS
– You are booking a PRIVATE room but the other areas of the apartment are SHARED.
– PLEASE BE MINDFUL and RESPECTFUL of other guests and try to keep to yourself. They need their privacy
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES and CLEAN UP after using the KITCHEN.
– If you leave dishes in the sink you can be subject to a $10 extra cleaning fee.
-When using the kitchen, please note the designated places for use with your room number on the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. And also leave it clean as found after use.
-Do not leave your personal items in the bathroom. We are not responsible for them.
